Revision of some old fantasy portrait I did almost 2 years ago.

I decided to paint him older and more opulent, after years of war and plunder. I think my technique is evolving and I´m proud of it.

Done in PS CS5.
Time: Several hours.

I love the concept, and I love how you did it. They're both great pieces, and this one is just awesome. What techniques do you use for the hair/fur and fabric? The texture is so real!
