Makes me think of the House of the Dead or Silent Hill likeness cause of the parts that tells it's like a mutation but also a ghost figure with it to be also having me thinking of Dead Space, Medal of Honor, or movies/video games where the characters are thinking they seeing things but also are having to fight monsters. I like this.
